Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:
Spiegelhoff and Associates Insurance Agency, located in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a Spiegelhoff Insurance team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote Spiegelhoff Insurance products including, auto, home, life, and commercial insurance.

Responsibilities:
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service will include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, types of coverage, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
Work with our agents to establish and meet marketing goals
Maintain a strong work ethic in an independent environment

Requirements:
Sales experience; outside sales or inside sales or retail
Ability to multi-task
Self-motivated
Must have strong organization skills
Dedicated to customer service
Able to learn several software systems
Proficient in MS Office
Pride in getting work done accurately and efficiently
Ability to work in a team environment
